  1. You are correct in that this is Latin; however, the Latin is not correct as is.  It probably should be "...nos sumimus crustulum, nos sumimus valde sententia."; but I cannot be entirely certain.  You definitely do not have subject/ verb agreement.

    Assuming "...nos sumimus crustulum, nos sumimus"...nos sumimus crustulum, nos sumimus?" is the correct change, the meaning in English is "We accept your pastry (cookie), we accept your opinion."

    This would be like saying "we accept your kindness and generosity because we agree with you and we find you acceptable.".
