  1. it is because if u dont take it it will effect u really bad

  2. Your system is probably dried out and you need to hydrate. It's probably nothing serious but push fluids. If you get a nose bleed, put a very cold cloth on your neck and gently hold your nose together but don't lean back or forward. Drink lots and lots of water or hot tea-if you can hold fluids down. Gatorade, something to replace those electrolytes you are losing. Also run a cool mist humidifier and make sure it has a clean filter.

  3. Probably not.  If you have them all the time, there are things doctors can do.  But if you only have one or two it's not a big deal.

When I was a kid, back in the 1950s, I went through a period when I had a lot of nosebleeds.  I remember being in the bathroom, my mom pressing a wad of toilet paper against my face, when my grandmother came in.  She was born in Russia in the 19th century and spoke with a heavy accent, and was full of 'old world' wisdom.  She said 'Oh, that's good.  That's the poison coming out.'  Mom got all upset. 'That's an old wives tale,' Mom said.  'Don't go telling my kids old stuff like that.'

Well,  years later I read about a new discovery.  And whaddya know!  Nosebleeds are sometimes the system's way of getting rid of toxins!
