okay, im 14. and when i get older i want to get a nose job.

i am really unhappy with the way my nose looks.

so my question is where did or would you go to get a nose job? how much does it cost? how do you pay for it? and what are my risks? like am i going to die.

costs average 500-3000 dollars, expensive but it is a risk of caner and short life expectancy, looks dont matter. i bet your gorgeous!

ha i know im the same way the second i turn 16 or 18 whichever my parents agree on i am getting one.

some places are alot expensive than others most are around 2,000 dollars? same wit the risks. i think one is not the way you wanted it to happen... my grandma got one when she was younger and were she went they totally messed it up. so yea i dont know

Well I would believe that you get it done at a surgery by a plastic surgeon? I guess it varies from nose to nose lol. Depends how bad it is and how much work is needed. You should learn to love yourself though. Only s****. celebs and wannabes have plastic surgery. Don't do it. And it will be VERY expensive! I doubt you can die but do you really want your nose to turn out like MJ's? You'll regret it! I bet your nose isn't even bad, post a pic =)

Everyone will always hate things about their body. I don't know a single person that is completely happy the way  they look. When it comes to plastic surgery if you do something you will continue on adding things on your plastic list, believe me I worked at hooters for a while just left last summer, most of the girls in my store were totally FAKE not only just their breast but everything else. You don't want to be one of those.

I'm 17, and i actually went for a nose job consultation yesterday. The cost totaled to $6,900. The surgeon charged $4,500, and then the hospital fees are around $1,500, and the anesthesiologist charges $900. My surgeon made me feel completely safe and comfortable. I live in the Washington DC area so i am going to a hospital in the city. Since I'm getting it done for cosmetic reasons, and not medical reasons my parents have to pay for it, its not covered by insurance. And it doesn't sound like yours would be either. There are risks with any surgery! Such as bleeding, or infection, and of course, you could be unhappy with the way your nose turns out. But don't worry about it! If you do all your research and find a surgeon that knows what he or she is doing, you will be fine! Make sure they have tons of experience, and have a consultation with them, make sure you want to put your complete trust in them. My surgeon is amazing, and i am not worried about anything.

Just do your research and you will be fine! No, you wont die! aha

I'm 14 too and I'm never satisifed with how I look. People tell me I'm really cute and I hate it. My sister is 18. She had a nose job this Spring and she wishes she hadn't done it. She tells me that I'm pretty and that I shouldn't change anything. She tries to be really strong. But then I find her crying in her room and it makes me sad. Don't do it.

You're 14, so that means your nose will not look to bad by the time you can get a nose job because you're still growing!

They're expensive, long to recover from, and if you go to a cheep doctor, they will mess up.

Well my sister did her nose when she was 17...and it lookss GREAT!

she did it in beverly hills..and she paid 6,000 for it

the only risks are that the anestisia might be too powerful and you will end up in a coma..butt i dont think it will happen because when you do your nose a trained anestisioligist puts you to sleep..and if you dont wake up you family can sue him or her for all the money hes worth..and these people are trained people.

DONT get a nose job. after a few years your nose will start to deform really weird. as of what i have read and seen. just embrace your flaws[:  know its hard. but its just the way you are looking at your self. think positive things about your nose, its fine!

When i was around 15-17 i wanted a nose job too,  my nose was big but now im 18 and it seems to have changed and gotten smaller/adjusted my face.

Most people who get nose jobs really don't need them. I knew a lady who thought her nose was too big.(it was just right for her face) After her 2nd nose job, her nose was so small she developed some kind of a sinus deformity. She had to have a nose job to fix the two they screwed up. She now has a nose the size of a de shelled peanut and looks like an idiot.God gave you a nose that size for a reason...think before you leap...

if you type in "rhinoplasty" on google you will get ALL the information you need.

Also, your nose keeps growing. If you get the nose job to make it smaller or shave the bone, it will literally grow back. This happened to my mother.

There are financial loopholes. You can get the insurance to cover it if your doctor is willing to help.
