  1. Yeah you can take them out.

    They eventually heal.

I have one and i got it when i was 15 and i'm 17 now.

    It kills.

    Like so bad.

    But its worth it.

But if you do get one, clean it and care for it!

  2. yes you can take them outbut not for long periods of time,  like 4 hours is a lot.

its just like an earring, you put it through the hole in your nose.

    i got mine february 7th 2008 :)

  3. i have mine done and its soo cute!

yes you can take them out

you can get ones with like a curve so itll stay in your nose i have that one and mine never fell out

i got mine like a month ago

  4. I had mine, it got caught on my pillow in like May & the hole closed :(. I miss it a lot. It looks goods on most girls, but sometimes, girls can make them look really bad. You can take them out for a minute, maybe 2 at the most after you've had it for 2-3 months. I got mine done in a really ghetto place, lol, I like in New York, so they did it with an earring & I couldn't take how big it was after a while & it fell out all the time especially when I was drying my hair & bending over. So I had to take it out & get an actual nose ring. It hurt putting it in because it was closing up so fast, but I forced it through. You have to clean it all the time, it's a really sensitive area & easily prone to dirt & bacteria. They stay on because the earrings usually have a ball on the other end thats a bit bigger than the hole itself.

  5. I am getting mine re-pierced, I took it out and I miss it.

As long as the whole is healed, you can take them out and the most common way they stay IN is the bone stud.  It has a ball on the inner end that is slightly bigger than the hole and it holds in the stud.

My folks hated my nose piercing, but my mom and dad work with this Indian lady who had her jewel in, so it wasn't so weird to them after that.

  6. Me and my daughter had piercing done last week. she is 14 teen. wasn't really happy about her wanting it done. but i said ok. took her and had mine done too, lol..piercing gotta stay in, never take out or it will close. healing takes 4 months, then after that you can change it. they stay in because they shaped like a hook, so cant fall out. if u are younger then 14,? just wait.. and if your older then that? ill call your mom and talk to her, lol......

  7. 1. You can take them up but unfortunatly they close up rather quickly. You'd either have to force the ring through or get it repierced. When my parents didn't want me to have it, I would take an earing and wear it upside down so the ring wasn't visable, then when it healed enough I would just wear it out of the house.

    2. There are 2 kinds of nose rings. Though you can wear regular earings, nose rings are specically designed to stay in your nose. When you get it pierced, they'll most likely give you a hook ring which looks normal when in your nose but has a hook at the end of it which you twist around until it fits in properly. The other type is the kind I prefer because I piecred my own nose with an earing and the hook wouldn't twist properly. It isn't as thick as the hook type and doesn't stay in as well however. It looks like an earing with a little nub on the end to hold it in place.

    3. I pierced my nose when I was 14 and wore it on and off until I was about 16 and got sick of the fact that every girl in school coppied me. The hole is still visable and I can force a ring in if I really wanted to (I'm 18 now). I wouldn't recommend peircing it yourself, due to the fact that out of all my peircings (I've done every one myself), it hurts the worst. It would be much smarter to wait for you're mom to be cool with it. Trust me. And think about her point of view as well. In the past, there's been a bad rap for people with nose rings, like people looking S****y or white trash (idfk why). Your mom might still believe its like that, along with the fact she doesn't want you having a pierced face.
