Nose piercing help?

I got my nose pierce on friday and today the nose ring keeps pushing out a little bit I try to clean inside my nose but it feels swollen I don't know what else to do and this is my second time piercing my nose!!! I clean it with the prduct they give but that hardly does anything to help.

My mom had the same problem with her nose piercing. Don't use the product that they are giving you now, Try using Sea salt it should help keep the piercing from getting infected.

I also have a nose piercing and I know exactly what you mean.  I hope you went to a professional piercer and not someone at the mall or someone at home.  It is important that these kinds of piercings be done with a hollow needle and not with an ear piercing gun.  The healing is much cleaner and faster with a hollow needle.  Having said that, your stud is probably lose because the swelling is starting to go down.  Redness is normal but should progressively decrease.  Clean it with saline solution or bactine.  If you think it is infected you need to use an antibiotic ointment like neosporine.  Try that for a few days if you don't get relief you may need something that is prescription strenght.  try not to touch it and do not jiggle or move the stud.
