Nosebleed Alot!? Please help!!!!!!!!!!?

Hi, The nosebleeding all started yesterday. I was picking my nose....(dont laugh please) and than the first major nosebleed came. It was the biggest nosebleed I ever had. Than In these two days, I nosebleeded for about 6 times in TOTAL! Some were short that lasted 10 mins, so were as long as 40 mins, And Right now i am having a nose bleed, its been 10 mins already. What should I do? Its 1:20am right now so I cant go to any doctor, How should I stop my nose bleeding as soon as I can?

Pinch nose gently but firmly. Lean forward, try not to let blood go down back of throat. Apply pressure for 20 minutes. Apply ice to bridge of nose and or back of neck. After 0 mins release pressure.If it is still bleeding re-apply pressure and consider getting profesional help. DO ie emergency room / casualty. NOT blow or pick nose for at least 24 hrs after it has stopped.

Do not tilt your head!! Keep your head straight and pinch nose with a cold compress. after a few minutes it should subside. If it does not, then you need to see a Dr. could be hidden issues you are not aware of, and for goodness sake, STOP picking your nose!!   (grin)

an ice pack will help stop the bleeding..then get to an er, you may have ruptured something and need to have it sealed

pinch ur nose and tilt ur head up, and also ur nose mite not be bleedin cos u piked ur nose, it mite b bleeding becos ur not drinkin enough water. nose bleeds can *** from being dehydrated.. can u tell that wen u hav a nose bleed u feel less dehydrated..

drink water.. or jus keep ur head tilted up!!

First, do not swallow the blood.  It is indegestible and may cause nausea and vomiting.  

Second, pinch the nose, just above the nostrils with a firm, but not crushing pressure.  You may also use ice or a cold pack held against the nose to help constrict the blood vessel.  

If you are on any blood-thinning (anti-coagulating) medication or you cannot stop the bleeding, please consider going to the emergency room.  They can pack your nose with a "mini-tampon" that will maintain pressure internally on the damaged vessel and absorb the blood.  It may take a week or two to fully heal, during which time you may want to use a saline spray to keep the nare moist and prevent cracking the mucous membrane and reinitiating bleeding.  Also, it is strongly advised that you discontinue digital manipulation of your nose.

i get bloody noses all the time. dont tilt your head, you swallow the blood and it makes you sick. use a cold washcloth or something cold.. nothing warm, that does not help it at all. pinch your nose at the bone thing. make sure you are sitting down, cuz when you are standing up and walking around and stuff, it lasts longer.

when you do have the chance to go to the doctor, you should go, cuz they can fix your problem and you wont have them near as often.
