I think im not getting my packages because I put a sign that says No Agents, peddlers or solicitors Could this be the cause that the mailman only rings the bell once then leaves or leaves the package there what do I do? I keep having to pick-up my packages at the post office.

  1. Legally, Canada Post has to deliver the mail to the assigned address on the envelope.  The only things that he has choice to put in your envelope are promotional material, so if your box says "no solicitors or junk mail", he won't put them in.  He will get in trouble for not putting in your telephone bill, so you can rest assured if you're not getting mail lately, it must just be a slow time of the month.

Trust me, those that want money from you will send you a bill when they want to. :)

  2. No that sign  you posted should not affect your mail delivery.
