Question

Not a problem but a question...might be a stupid one too. I just bought a new Bulova self winding BVA100 series watch. The instructions say to wind 6 times before using. I can understand why but the manual doesn't say anything about which direction to wind (I would guess the standard clockwise) but in the interest of not damaging the watch could use a better answer. Second part, how much to wind...will it stop or click when it is enough?
