Not able to log in reset new password. trying to access facebooko and password not recognised

trying to access facebooko and password not recognised
reset password following link still not able to gain access. again treid to reset password asnd still barred from my account
email not registered is one message recieved and that there is no corresponding password another

I am not able to reset my password on facebook. I have received an email with a link. However, having NO JOY with opening link option provided. Please, need help. Robyn
