Question:

Not able to send out text msgs

somehow i'm not able to send out text msgs with my RIZR Z3.it keeps onsaying 'unable to send'.i can call out and receive msgs tho.it probablyhas got something to do with the setting but i have no idea what.please please help me!thanks a lot:)
