Not able to access my e-mail since April 28, 06. What's up ?

I'm not sure exactly where the problem is based on what you've told me, but for the time being you might want to try checking your email from their Mobile site. It's lacking in features, but problems using it are rare. Just go to http://wap.oa.yahoo.com/

If you experience problems sending/receiving email, there are several steps you can take to identify and correct the issue.

Please review What is the difference between Web Mail and client Mail? before following the steps below.

Verify recipients email addresses were input correctly if you receive a "Failed Delivery" message or "Problem Found - Message Not Sent" message.

Is your email larger than the maximum message size?

Is JavaScript enabled?

Is your browser accepting cookies?

Did you enter the correct Compose Verification word?

I get the message "Your login session has expired." Has your session timed out?
