Not being American, which would be the best way to send and have my resume checked by American companies?

Down here in Brazil I work in the Agro-business area. I am a Financial manager in the fertilizer Industry. Living abroad will be an exciting idea not only to get an international experience, but also to explore new fields in my areas. Which is the best way to have my resume selected by American companies?. Some people told me a lot a bout how important it is to have an American experience, but Brazil like US are great grain producers and I really think what really matters is to be good in what one does. ;) What should I do to have a chance in the Financial area?

You can start with a search through Monster , or career builders, do a search for companies looking for people with your experience and then fax or mail your resume to them
