Question:

Not cold enough?

Two weeks ago I filled my freezer up with meat and since then it appears to be working overtime with the fan and motor constantly going day and night.
I have found that the temp is 0 degrees and some food I added on Saturday (chicken necks) are still not properly frozen.
Any suggestions
