Not cooling/freezing THERMADOR SIDE BY SIDE... The freezer and refridgerator sides stopped

Question

The freezer and refridgerator sides stopped cooling entirely, both sides defrosted to room temperature over 20 hour period. We removed all food as it was heading to become spoiled. You hear the motor, lights are on, computer is on. the unit was manuf. 2/2006. so it's less than 2.5 years old/purchased. It fall into the 3-6 year warranty. Would this be the compressor? .
