Casa Garcia, I believe there is one some where in Mandevelle, but I know there is one on Vets, in Metarie, on the Metarie-Kenner Border, right across from the walmart by Powers!

you may find the best mexican food is that which you make your self, it is some of the easyest cooking

Qdoba or Chipotle.  But if you're talking real Mexican then I don't know. I guess El Rancho Grande Restaurant.

taco bell.. Just kidding i would try local hole in the wall places usually those places are awesome.. since i dont know where your located i cant give you any ideas though.. but you can go to citysearch.com and type in mexican food that should guid you
