Question:

Not eating, but not hungry either?

Due to the campus cafeteria being closed for the weekend, I've been getting by on very little food- on saturday, I probably managed 800 calories, and I think I've gotten maybe 400-500 today. I realize that this is low, but I'll go back to my normal diet on Tuesday.

What bothers me, though, is that I'm not even hungry. I've barely pulled off half of a day's calories over the course of two days, and I'm not even feeling the slightest pang of hunger. I haven't been eating a whole lot lately- only 1500-1800 calories a day, but the fact that I've gone a day on less than a third of that and don't feel hungry, that bothers me. Should I be worried about my complete lack of hunger?

  1. Just eat normal, and eat the proper next day.

  2. no worries for one day but if it continues I would look into it.  Your lack of hunger may be due to the psycological state you got in knowing your cafeteria is closed....  just a thought
