Not eating a lot makes you dizzy?

i haven't been eating much for about a week because i've been so busy and stressed over college. and a few days ago i passed out about 5 times. and i've been feeling so tired and dizzy. everytime i get up or just stand still i get a head ache. i don't know if it's my period or the fact that i'm stressed then ever and had no time for food. ughh can someone tell me what's the real reason? :/

  1. You have fainted 5 times, you are tired, you are dizzy and you have a headache.

    But yet you have not gone to an ER? Time to go.

    It could be low blood sugar, dehydration... a lot of things. All which need medical attention. Have someone take you in today.  


  2. Sometime, it can cause low blood sugar, headaches, it depend if have not eat enough sugar or junk food. i have one before but it make me feel weak so i eat a lot of food then i am better, but eat sandwhich so it won't make you dizzy.

  5. I get the same feelings and I'm in college too. Try to eat something... you might need vitamins and minerals to function right.
