Not exactly sure what this is?

I have a very sore round bump/lump right on the inside of my labia majoria. It's under the skin not above, I've messed with it a lot so now it's even more sore. But I have no clue what this is. I'm not sexually active, btw.

You could have a cyst.  MOst people on YA are not going to be able to help you too much.  You should go to the doctor.  Did you hurt yourself there in any way?  That's all I can think of, Good luck, I hope I helped you.
