Not feeling safe in my own apartment?

Is there anyone I would be able to talk to if I keep having weirdos coming up to me when i go outside and smoke saying perverted stuff and making me feel unsafe?They also live in the apartments.

  2. You should see if you can break your lease.  You'll probably lose out on money, but in this case, your safety is probably more important than that.

  3. Call the non-emergency cop number and report them. Then write a letter to the leasing office stating that you do not feel safe and have reported the weirdos to the police. Note the date and time. Keep a paper trail just in case you need to break the lease. It might help you break the lease free of charge since your safety is the first and paramount thing.

  4. See if you can get a hold of the owner, or something. Just don't confront the 'weirdos'. I don't know if this helped but I hope it did, try to go out when the people aren't there.

  5. Smoke in your apartment.

  6. Report your concerns to the management company and the police. Don't confront them, safety first, always. Let the police deal with them, that's their job, to protect you. Don't take matters into your own hands, that always ends badly. Good Luck!
