Not feeling to good. Should i go to the emergency room?

Question

I have NOT been feeling right today. When i woke up i had a major sore throat. It kind of went away by now. But it still hurts a bit. I feel like i'm about to vomit. I've been by a bucket all day today in case i did. I feel very weak and tired. I have a slight high fever. Whenever i stand up i have a little dizzyness occur. And i just don't feel good at all. Something is wrong. But i just can't figure it out right.

Well, that's quite a set of symptoms. I think you should see a doctor, yes.

sounds like it could just be the flu developing. if you get a fever of 102.5 i would say to see a doc right away, just in case it is something more serious. my concern would be meningitis...so if you still feel like this tomorrow morning, definitely make an appointment just in case it is. if you start experiencing a stiff neck or a lot of vomiting go into the E.R. tonight.

i hope you feel better! hopefully it is just the flu, although i'm sure that isn't reassuring. <3

sounds like you have caught a bug you should be alright if it doesnt get a whole lot worse just drink plenty of fluid you will feel better in a few days

Drink lots of water and these great packets called emrgen-c. if you dont feel better by tomorrow see a doctor! = ) It sounds like the flu though, you'lll be okay!

oh yeah also gargle warm salt water to ease your throat!!

You have NO life threatening symptoms.  Why would you need to go the E.R.  This is not an emergency.

It is hard to determine about going to the ER for sure.  I work there and know that people giving your symptoms sometimes show up there and feel worse sitting in the waiting room.  The high fever is what you need to be concerned with, it might be contageous to rest of family.
