Not freezing/cooling

Question

Hi . my friend has got a zanussi sliver freezer i only have this referance 9284059010380197 / r600a that she gave me. the problem is that everything sounds like it's working but it's not. An orange light with ''!'' is on and i realy woul like to know what this indicate. The fridge is quite warm inside as well. she has tried everything. Can you help me please
