i know it is still summer so i get as much sleep as i want but i am afraid i won't during the school year. this is my normal schedule5.15am wake up6am bus comes7.20am school starts2.15 schools out2.30-5.00 field hockey practiceget home at 6pmi am pressured for time on my homework and i am in the international baccalaureate so i am afraid i am gonna get a lot of homework. i managed to get all A's in 9th grade and i want to keep it up. what are some time saving tips so i can get to bed earlier??? oh and i have to spend time with my family each night for 1.5-2hr at least. i dont think i will be able to get to bed until 12-1am! any good energy drinks/shots?? stuff that will give me energy. i know teenagers are supposed to get 8hrs of sleep but going to bed at 9pm is not really an option for me.thanks :)
