Question:

Not getting enough sleep?

i know it is still summer so i get as much sleep as i want but i am afraid i won't during the school year. this is my normal schedule

5.15am wake up

6am bus comes

7.20am school starts

2.15 schools out

2.30-5.00 field hockey practice

get home at 6pm

i am pressured for time on my homework and i am in the international baccalaureate so i am afraid i am gonna get a lot of homework. i managed to get all A's in 9th grade and i want to keep it up. what are some time saving tips so i can get to bed earlier??? oh and i have to spend time with my family each night for 1.5-2hr at least. i dont think i will be able to get to bed until 12-1am! any good energy drinks/shots?? stuff that will give me energy. i know teenagers are supposed to get 8hrs of sleep but going to bed at 9pm is not really an option for me.

  1. i'm going through the exact same thing as you. I got all A's for yr 9 and my summer is almost up too. I'm also doing IB, and yes thats gonna kill us! Don't resort to the energy drinks unless you have to. Don't take pills whatever you do. Will you be doing hockey everyday? Because all of the sport teachers here tell us that they should be hosting the practice when the students CAN COME. they should be doing it when you're free enough, becuase obviously, your education comes first. Get your homework and stuff done first, that's what I'll be doing. After school activities come second. Do you also have to do the 150 hours?? That's gonna be hard. Good Luck.   2. I kno a good engery drink is Amp, i think its made from the same people who make moutain dew so it kinda taste like it. its good and keeps u up but i heard ur not soppose to drink it all the time
