Not getting ice or water

Question

I have a admiral refrig side by side with the water and ice button but im not getting any ice made from the ice maker and when i try to fill the glass up with water it comes out good for maybe 3 seconds and then it just starts to dribble out, ive changed the filter what else can i do?
