Not getting vaccination SE Asia travel.?

Is it absolutely insane to travel to Beijing and Vietnam with no vaccinations at all? We'll be staying in well popluated areas, mostly major cities.

  2. Beijing will be ok, Vietnam..might wanna get those jabs! I travelled through Malaysia and Thailand with no jabs, but didn't go through the densely forrested areas.
