Not keeping charge

Question

When i charge it it doesn't keep the charge for more than a day. Also i downloaded song music but it wont play the entire songs it stops before the song is finished and "error sys. error" comes up in the title slot. i feel like i made a mistake in buying this mamo mano mp4-mp3 player
