on MSN people have special letters like я и є я є and others where the letters are different how do i do this

Those are all the characters.

If you have Windows:

Go to Start > All Programs > Accessories > System Tools > Character Map.

Have a look around on Character Map, see what you like and try it out on stuff

these are special characters..there are certain combinations on letters and numbers etc. that you type in order to get them. try to search it in google. i can't help more than than.
