Not my car wrong info, how can i get this fixed?

hello, I got a ticket in a friends car for expired registration and no proof of insurance. The thing is the officer wrote the wrong model and year of the car along with the wrong street we were at. Can this get thrown out in court? if it cant how can i get this fixed if its not my vehicle and he cant register it?

A technical error such as wrong model and year of vehicle is not reason to dismiss a ticket.

As a point of law, it is the responsibility of the driver of a vehicle to make sure the vehicle being driven is legal and safe before going on public roads.

If the vehicle cannot be registered, you are going to lose in court. As far as insurance, if your friend has insurance in effect at the time of the ticket, bring the proof of insurance with you to court and that will be dismissed. If there was no insurance, again, you are going to lose in court.
