Not playing voice but playing music/surround

Question

Hi, my panasonic home theatre was working fine but when i changed one of the movie dvds it is not playing dialogues any more. it is playing the surround sound well though. any suggestions what might be wrong? did i accidentally mess up any settings? it has been fine for more than an year now...
