Not pregnant, No STD's....still feeling awful?? what can it be???

Ok so I've been felling nauseous and having cramps and back pain for a few weeks now and I've had my period and I've taken 2 at home tests that were negative and i saw the gyno took one there and it was negative so they said its just the nuva-ring giving me side effects even though it hasnt given me any in 8 months. Does anyone know of anything else it could be besides an STD cuz I was tested for that too and they were negative. Please be serious, this is about my health and its not a joke.

A virus like those that last 24 hours can cause the kind of symptoms you are having (an example only).  Another possibility for some of these symptoms is something like a kidney stone (another example only).

I would recommend getting in touch with your primary care physician to let them know what's going on so that they can evaluate the situation further.
