Not really a question?

thank you to all who answered my question, I got all the info I needed. To those of you intent on commenting negatively I would suggest you do more research on childhood vaccines, there links not only to autism, but to brain damage. For those of you saying that there is no proof between autism and vaccines, I will pray for your childrens safety and well being. Please do more research before you put these poisons in your baby's. For those of you that are afraid of my child going to school not vaccinated, you should stand by your beliefs, after all your children are vaccinated, so shouldn't that make them safe from my child?

  1. I've done tons and tons of research on childhood vaccinations. I scrutinized and read everything I could on them.  And you know what?  I'd rather have a vaccinated child than a dead one!  There is no link between autism and vaccinations.

And speaking of poisoning, my child will be safe in the event of a measles, polio, rubella, whooping cough or mumps out break....can you say the same for yours?  I didn't think so.  At least mine won't die from preventable diseases.  You are poisoning your child by not getting them vaccinated.

  2. everyone has a right to their opinion. I am sorry that you got judged. But you are judging too when you say 'I will pray for your children' if you disregard my words. Their is very few plagues and epidemics were masses of people die, that is because of vaccinations. It is very easy in this day and age to forget about the millions of people that died from those things we now get vaccinated from. I am not saying you are wrong. I am just saying that you are judging by disregarding those who look at it from this viewpoint.

  3. not going to be rude but here in mississippi u have to show proof that your child has been vaccinated or they are not allowed to go to school.  if u dont want your child vaccinated then u will have to home school thats ur only choice.  good luck to you.

  4. You have the right to think and do as you please with your children as far as vaccines. BUT,  please don't spew bs about other people's veiws.   I will chance the very, very small percentage of what can go wrong over watching my children suffer and die from a disease that can be prevented.  Good luck to your children.

Edit:  Smile, I feel for  your daughter.. I have had the chicken pox 6 (yes 6 times diagnosed by doctors) in my life.  One immune doctor told me some people never become immune to chicken pox.

  5. make informed decisions regarding your children.  NEVER agree to more than 4 vaccinations at one time.  we have eradicated most diseases for a reason here in our first world countries -there is no need to allow our children to suffer the effects of these terrible diseases.  take advantage of vaccinations, but ask questions too.

  6. I know here in ontario you have to have proof of vaccines or your child can't go to school! Just thought i'd let you know!

  7. Vaccines

  8. Well when your staying in the ICU with your child in a few years when an outbreak happens....then open your mouth. Till then, your ignorance must really be bliss. Considering large portions of whole countries populations were wiped out by the diseases the vaccines prevent....it's your children you should be praying for.

  9. Although my children are vaccinated up to a certain point. My youngest daughter is not ever getting any more. She's in school now- so it doesn't matter.

With one set of vaccines my daughter slept for 16 days, barely ate, didn't lift her head up, couldn't crawl. It was the most terrible 16 days of my life. She was almost 2. I still don't know how she pulled herself out of it. She doesn't have any problems NOW, that we know of.. but she'll never get another.

They did give her other vaccines after that - only ONE at a time and she was sick afterward- then I just stopped them altogether.

It varies with each child. My oldest has had them all and never had any issues.

School laws do not matter to me. I would simply home school my children if they wouldn't let them in for my choices. Whatever.

But , anyway... I like the IDEA of a child being immune from disease- but in reality, some children suffer from the shots.

I think getting your child ONE SHOT AT A TIME. Will let you see in the beginning if there is your child suffers any symptoms. Then STOP if he/she does.

If they take a few vaccines and do really well, they will be Okay.

If you are really uncomfortable, I could never fault you for that. They are YOUR children. Don't let anyone make your decisions for you.

    Good Luck.

EDIT: Oh my gosh! I can't even believe the person below me said up to 4 vaccines at one time! Are you trying to kill your kid? I'm serious! That's friggin unbelievable!

  10. if childhood vaccines cause autism then the entire united states would be autisic

that is like saying man evolved from apes because if man evolved from apes there would not be any apes

  11. Vaccines are tough decisions to make for parents.  After talking to numerous parents and doctors, my daughter split every vaccine into single dosages.   The ones that are suspected of causing or triggering autism she chose to wait and give those when she was  a bit older.    For example:   MMR shot or measles, mumps, rubella she did as single dosages.  The series obviously took longer but she had no or little response to each one.   I would have to ask her which ones were actually postponed, but that worked out perfect.  She is now totally vaccinated. The ones she waited on, she did when she was older - stronger immune system.

I teach in a middle school and vaccines are excempt to those for religious reasons.    There was a measles outbreak and one of the non vaccinated children brought it too school and many kids got very sick.  One without the  vaccines.   Time will tell if there were/are any side affects (sterilization could be a concern)  Any ways, a doctor of the Muslim faith talked to parents and said that there is a difference between working against a religion and protecting children and stressed the importance of vaccines.  (Religious issue as well as side affects issue)

Just food for thought for you.    Pick and choose your vaccinations that would protect your children.   Do some research.  Don't go by what others say, but do what you think is best for your family.   Don't let pride stand in your way if you decide to do some and not others.  Don't make a blanket generalization that all vaccines could trigger autism.  Do you homework!

  12. Man I TOTALLY agree.....if everyone elses kids are vaccinated how in heavens name are our kids going to make them sick? If vaccines are such a godsend and make people immune to the childhood diseases, how can our kids give them something which they are immune to?

The autism link is because of a substance frequently used in vaccines called thimerosal. Last I heard, it was only used in the annual flu vaccines though.

Personally, I think there is more to vaccines than just brain damage. The ingredients in them are disgusting. blood serum from animals? wtf? Fleming, the one who discovered penicillin even said that by injecting everyone with penicillin it would eventually not work. Same goes for the smallpox vaccine.

How many people so far this year got polio? 10.

In 1980's outbreak of measles, how many children got measles? 200. How many of those were vaccinated? around 190.

For starters, measles is not a deadly disease in and of itself. People who allegedly die from measles actually die from inappropriate treatment, lack of treatment or a compromised immune system.

2006 mumps outbreak, 66% of the patients were vaccinated with 2 MMR shots and 14% with 1 MMR...that leaves 20% unvaccinated.
