Not recieving emails that are sent to me?

Friends have been sending me emails and I am not receiving them actually I have not received any at all from anyone for the last four days. They have told me that the message that they receive is " Rejected because of serious faults and a full box". I have deleted everything out of my box so I don't think that is a problem. Please I desperately need help on this Thanks
