Not so expensive phone companys for home phones?

can someone plz give me some not so expensive phone companys cause I am canceling at&t cause they are charging me for things I havent orderd and I want to only cancel the phone service not the internet. So can anyone give me a list of not so expensive phone companys for a home phone and plz make sure these companys are good reliable ones
