In Disney California Adventure, does anyone know how big the safety bar is?

The safety bar is pretty big. just like on a regular roller coaster. but its not a lap bar. it goes over you cause there is a loop. hope that helped :]

Hmm, I'm trying to figure out what you're trying to ask here. I ride California Screamin' almost every time we go, since it's one of the favs of my youngest, who is 7. I'm about 6'5", and she's about 4'4". We both fit in it comfortably. It can accomodate even larger people than me. The overhead bar, which looks like a 'V' from the front and an 'L' from the side, is about 4-5" in diameter, including foam padding.

One of the best rides ever. Smooth as glass, great takeoff, and you go upside down.
