I'm 15 years old and looking to buy a car. I cant spend over 12,000 and i want a semi-fast nice loking car. any suggestions?

    one thing, check with your insurance co. first.

    many have been charging inflated rates for these cars since the "tuners" have adopted them (more accidents & thefts)
