Not sure if i officially filed insurance claim?

ok well i wanted to see if i had a solid claim on my Asurion phone insurance, and i put all my info in to start a claim, and it gave me this fraud warning and it gave me my claim number and now im freaking out that i actually like officially filed a claim and i am 14 and didn't ask my parents about it, and i used my dads name..... ya freaking out.... did i file this and am i going to get in a lot of trouble if i don't go through with filing it?

You cannot legally enter into a contract of any kind until you are 18 years old.  Tell your father what you did and have him contact them and explain.

This can all go away if you are honest about it.

Yes, you filed the claim.  You might get into trouble for it - you impersonated someone - it could come back to haunt your dad, and if he complains, they'll investigate and press fraud charges against you.

Better 'fess up to dad right away.
