Not sure of my diet with this schedule?

RE: my schedule:

mon: jiu-jitsu

tues:lift weights then walk/run/jog for 30 minutes straight

wed:jiu-jitsu

thurs:lift weights then walk/run/jog for 30 minutes straight

fri:jiu-jitsu

sat:lift weights then walk/run/jog for 30 minutes straight

sun:rest

in jiu-jitsu we do about an 30-45 minutes of wrestling

what should i eat to make this schedule take effect?when and how much?

also would my weight in the weighing scale go down or up or stay the same?

  1. Stay away from fatty fried foods sugar foods fast foods any unnecesary things such as ice cream

    Get lots of protein chicken,beef,and carbs are good drink lots of 100% juice and water

    Dont take muscle boosters or none of that its bad for your body and dont over eat
