Not sure what I want to be...

I'm currently a Junior in college and I will be graduating with a double major in International Studies (Latin American concentration) and Anthropology, and a double minor in Spanish and Women's Studies. I've had a couple ideas of what I'd like to do, but I'm not sure..

I've thought about teaching ESL, either in the US or abroad (perferably in Latin America or the Caribbean).

Another idea was doing some sort of NGO dealing with immigrants or something like that.

Lately I've been thinking about going into the Peace Corps after I graduate, and going to Grad school after that (since the Peace Corps will help pay for it) and decide what I want to do then.

What are some other options for me?

What are the pros and cons of what I'm thinking of?

  1. Law school is another option.

Mostly I wanted to comment on your idea of the Peace Corps. You sounds like my daughter, who was an anthro major and is now a PCV in Peru doing youth development. You'd be a great volunteer. It would also give you a feel for teaching ESL, if that is what you end up doing.
