Not that it would happen, but what if Obama...?

Ok. He's set to give his acceptance speech tonight.

Not that it's even possible, but what would happen if Obama were to suddenly stop and say "you know what, I've changed my mind....I don't wanna do this after all."

With the intent in place, would Biden take over, or would it all revert back to the voting results?

Biden would be out in the cold, if that happened. A second ballot would occur.
