Ok, In school I was considered a "loser"

And I always felt left out and alone because I was a forigner, and now that school is over, I'm still afraid of the people from school.

Everytime I see them, I try to look busy, look down or try to avoid them.

And I feel like I'm not worthy to even talk to them.

When I walk on the streets and people look I always expect the worst, and I hear people saying mean things about me, when I walk by.

My confidense dessapears when I'm around people I don't know. What should I do?

Please help!

  1. keep your head up high and know you are a thousand times more mature then those losers

  2. There is no advice anyone here could give you that would change your outlook on life, yourself, or your school mates.  You need a therapist to find out why you have no self-respect or self-confidence.  And it would be a really good idea for you to start seeing this therapist before some predatory male realizes that you're easily manipulated and controlled.

Get some help before someone plays on your feelings of worthlessness and really hurts you.
