I need to notarize a document written in English in Brazil, I am currently in Belo Horizonte Brazil. Where can I go to do such thing. What are the steps? How long does it take?

go to your country's consul office. they have notarizing officer. if it just a local use document, to any notary public of brazil, like lawyer.
