Notebook/mouse question?

sometimes when i move the pointer over something, it clicks on it or opens it without me clicking to do it, how do i change this to stop it from happening?

  1. If you're using a touchpad to move the mouse, it may be set to a very sensitive setting.  If so, a slight brush over the pad may be interpreted as a left mouse click.  Usually there there is software installed that would allow you to configure the touch pad sensitivity.
