Spartak Moscow disappointed their fans after recording their second defeat in a row at Luzhniki stadium.
The Moscow-based club suffered a defeat in the latest round of Russian Premier League action against the Armeytsy, after losing their second group stage game in the UEFA Champions League against Celtic FC at home.
The home team conceded one goal in each half of the match to ensure they remain pointless in the enthralling encounter. As things stand, they are at the 7th spot on the league table and trail the table-toppers by seven

The Spartachi head coach, Unai Emery has expressed his dissatisfaction over the series of disappointing results both in domestic and European front, and assured the fans of rectifying the situation in the upcoming weeks.
Emery is confident that the Red-whites will improve after Sunday’s defeat against the Koni, saying that the team will bounce back and learn from the mistakes in the remaining games of a long season.
