DJ Pattinson then decided it was time for him to grab a wicket for his team, as he dismissed Lancashire’s wicketkeeper/batsman, GD Cross for three runs.
With the skipper unbeaten on 31 runs, the batting side managed to bolster an amazing total on the board, and it will now be interesting to see how Notts will go from here when they come out to chase the required target.
