The Biancoazzurri manager urges the players to prepare for a flawless display against the Old Lady in order to sustain the opposition’s phenomenal intensity in the upcoming clash.
Novara boss Attilio Tesser is plotting an upset against Juventus in their upcoming match, and insists that he could have used an extra man on the field.
The Old Lady remain the only unbeaten team in Serie A, and are set to visit relegation-stricken Novara for their next league fixture. A win against the modest side will enable the Old Lady to extend their winning streak in the league to eight consecutive
games.
The Biancoazzurri manager extolled the opposition for their extraordinary exhibition of passion throughout the season, and insisted that the strength of the Bianconeri makes him wish for an extra man on the field.
Tesser insisted that the game is one of the toughest for the team nearing relegation, and stated that the players must look to play their game without any trepidation of the mighty opposition.
He insisted that the team will need to play like a flawless unit in all departments of the game, and stressed that perfection is the only way to avoid humiliation at the hands of the Old Lady.
The Biancoazzurri chief went on to say that the players cannot afford to leave any cracks in their defence, and insisted that the team will eventually go down if they fail to dry up the scoring opportunities for the stout opposition.
While talking to Radio Sportiva, the 53-year-old said:
“Juventus are having an extraordinary campaign, their intensity is crazy. I’ve already been thinking about the game. I think I could do with an extra player in order to better cover the field of play though… We just have to do our best under all aspects
and not have any fear. That’s the only way that we could get something from the game. If we offer them any opportunities then, sooner or later, they will hurt you.”
Although caught up in the relegation net, Novara are in a good run of form after they triumphed over http://www.senore.com/Football-soccer/Lazio-c39775, and increased their hopes of survival in Serie A.
They are eight points behind the teams just outside the red-zone, and have just for games remaining in the league to bridge the gap to safety.
Tesser stated that the players and the fans have the belief in themselves, and insisted that they will honour the sanctity of the Biancoazzurri shirt and the fans.
Novara will host Juventus in the gameweek 35 match on Sunday, April 29th at 13:00 GMT.
