Novotel Paris Vaugirard? Is it nice?

Question

how long is it to the Metro Vaugirard by walking and what main attractions can be walked to easily? (e.g. eiffel tower, louvre museum, champs-elysees, etc.)

i accidentally booked it instead of Novotel Paris Les Halles and wanted to know if this place is good.

That's fine. You won't have to go to the metro Vaugirard but use the Convention Station, which is very close to the hotel (less than 100 meters).

The area isn't bad at all... and you could have some nice walks in the 15th district (arrondissement), where there still are some very nice little "passages" with typical houses from the 19th century and some beautiful little gardens.

You could also have a walk to the Rue de Rennes, have a look at the St Sulpice Church and arrive on the Bd Saint Germain.

Don't miss the market on the Avenue de Segur, it is a very good place where you will see a lot of people living in the area buying some very good products.
