For example say we have a holiday party for an office of 150, What fun events should I have planned? If any......

Casino parties are a lot of fun as are penny carnival parties. One of my favorite thinsg was always to set up a /balloon/ board with prizes inside each balloon where they could take the prize or keep going for one better if they could trade their prize. Throw a couple of $$ prizes in there also. I also hosted an Old Chicago party where everyone dressed up and we had bathtub gin etc.
