Now a days the major airline companies in india demand a bachelor degree for commercial pilots?

i have completed 12th(science).is there any problem if i go for pilot trainig directly?

perhaps this is true now or even before because my pilots before are now with Sahara Air, but they all have a bachelor degree. I guess look at this way India's population is too big and naturally where will these new graduates go if they keep on accepting non-citizen to fly their aircrafts.

No, it should not be a problem. Although most airlines say that they prefer some sort of degree, you can always over come that by gaining more flying time by working as Certified Flight Instructor.
