in that ours 1) provision of cycle track 2) Speed limit of vehicles 3) traffic contoller at every cross road .am i thinking on right way? if so , please explore your opinion.

I sometime take off scool to my dential appontment. I cant remember the speed limit to get their though. I thinking the dentail asst. girl did it the right way.
