it is in the continent of north america, in the country of canada. it is located approximately in the centre of canada. it is reffered to as a prairie province, as it has in some areas, endless rolling grain fields. the south eastern portion is a bit rocky, as you would be entering into the canadian shield. up north, around churchill would be a semi-artic region. Churchill is also the polar bear capital of the world. manitoba is home to many other animals as well. We have lots of blackbears in certain areas, deer, moose, and we have the largest concentration of snakes in the world at the garter snakes dens in Narcisse. Our capital city is winnipeg, where i live, and is very cold in the winter, it can reach -40c, and in the summer it gets very hot, reaching +40c some days. that is probably why we are the slurpee capital of the world. on top of our legislative building, we have "the golden boy" which is a statue of a golden, naked man carrying a bushel of wheat. i have seen it up close.... enough said. we also have grand beach, one of the best beaches in the world. well i could go on, but im all typed out. i hope that helped. oh and my name is desmond jones.
