Why don't we just anoint Obama our leader and save some money on an unneccssary voting process?

why don't they try discussing the issues for a change and let us decide for ourselves

Why not?  The Dems didn't count the delegates votes.  They just made him their nominee by acclaim.  What a joke these guys are.
